How did you discover urban planning and/or urban ecology?
I took an exploratory course from CMP my freshman year and loved it!

What is your favorite memory from your time with us?
My favorite memory was my capstone course where we worked on Listening to Escalante. I enjoyed learning from residents of Escalante about their community and unique challenges. I also enjoyed getting to know my classmates better while working on a collaborative project.

How did you find your first job after graduating?
I started as a Planning Intern at Envision Utah my senior year of school and was later hired on full-time!

Do you have any advice for students just starting out in urban planning/urban ecology?
Take more courses outside of your comfort zone! There are so many more classes I wish I had taken.
