Justin Delgado, MCMP student, has been selected Student of the Year by the National Institute for Transportation and Communities (NITC).  This honor is very prestigious and part of the US Department of Transportation’s University Transportation Centers program.  Justin’s award will be recognized at a January banquet at the Transportation Research Board conference.  Congratulations Justin!
